  • Billing problem...{Please asist}!!!

    well my CC was canceled and the last month fees wasnt payd so i cant play...i want to pay the fees with another CC or a Debit card but i cant!
    do i need to pay the fees with the "main" CC to go on again???????

    Uh... you need a credit card/ debit card to play the game. If your current one got cancelled and you can't switch, then you can't play.

        No, you have to log on to Playonline, go to your account options and change your CC # to the new card. You will need your account ID and password to do this.

          i cant go into PO without paying that fee :s i hv my ID and password so thats not a prob if u can tell me how to enter to the PO and change my paymente method that shoul be great ^^

            You will need to change your payment method. To change your registered credit card number, from within the PlayOnline Viewer select "Membership" from the Service & Support page. Select "Payment Method," then "Register/Change." You can also contact the PlayOnline Information Center at 858-790-7529 Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Time for additional assistance in registering a new payment method.

              ok thanks but the prob is that i cant log into PO viwer so i cant change my payment metod and if i call to suport the call could be a lil expensive cause its a LD call cause im from mexico...if anyone know another way to do solve this please help and thnks all u guys for all ur posts ^^

                  already done and they said i need to check the CC im trying to use cause it can be used but thanks for the advice
